  • Exam nerves.
  • Desire to improve sports performance.

NLP really can make significant changes in your life. Whether in your personal life or work life, NLP has many processes which can assist you to make the right life choices to create a happier and more rewarding future. Other approached such as Time Line Therapy (TLT) and Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT) can also help you to identify and eradicate the effects of trauma.

What is NLP?

NLP is the art & science of personal excellence. It is a method of studying how successful people excel in their field and copying (modelling) them to achieve your own success. NLP is the study of what makes the difference between excellent and average. It is about identifying what needs to be changed and learning how to make those changes... even when we believe we can't!

How does it work?

Can you recall a time when you were delighted with an achievement and some time later, when you needed to repeat that success, you replicated the behaviour that produced it? Well, simply put, that is NLP. NLP processes not only show you how to replicate the success of others it also shows you how to replicate your own successes and achievements. By bringing out the best in yourself and others, you can make new and exciting changes that will enable you to achieve your personal goals

A new behaviour pattern is anchored during an NLP process to replace old unwanted behaviours. An anchor, such as pressing together a finger and thumb, reminds you of your new beliefs and behaviour and can be discretely repeated anywhere.

Oh, and by the way, if you haven't yet identified what your personal goals are, you soon will.

How can NLP help you?

Are you stuck in a place you don't want to be at work, or emotionally? Are you at a crossroad with options running around your head but unable to decide which path to take? Are you struggling with a difficult decision? Are difficult relationships at home or work causing stress, anxiety or sleeping difficulties? Does redundancy feel like the end of the world for you? NLP can provide you with tools to reframe seemingly negative situations into something more productive enabling you to make decisions that are right for you; and everybody else, producing a win-win situation.

What else is NLP used for?

NLP is widely used to enhance business performance, education, sports performance and personal growth and development. It is also used to improve communication, personal relationships and health

Like all of the therapies I use, NLP is interactive. Indeed, each time I use a different process with you, I will teach you how to use it at home or at work as required.
